The rugby community in Southwell is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Jacob George Hardwick, a cherished member of Southwell RUFC and a talented 1st team hooker whose presence left a lasting impact both on and off the pitch. His passing has brought immense sadness to teammates, coaches, family, and friends who had come to know him not only as an exceptional athlete but as a remarkable person.
Jacob quickly became an integral part of the club, earning admiration for his dedication, sportsmanship, and uplifting personality.
